Infrastructure that stays quiet, so your team doesn't have to be loud about it.
iCorporate designs, builds, and operates the systems underneath your product DevOps pipelines, platform engineering, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and the training to run it all in-house.
Built by someone who's run the pager.
Not a slide deck a working style shaped by 14+ years on real infrastructure.
Built by a practitioner
14+ years hands-on across data centers, hybrid cloud, and Kubernetes decisions come from experience, not theory.
Documented, not tribal
Every system handed over comes with runbooks your team can actually follow once we're gone.
Security-first by default
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor background means security is designed in, not bolted on afterward.
Straight technical answers
Scoped honestly against what a system actually needs — no inflated timelines, no upsells.
What changes once we're in.
Reduced Operational Risk
Minimize downtime with resilient architecture and predictable operations.
Improved Security Posture
Strengthen identity, access, and threat defense across your environment.
Faster Release Cycles
Ship more often with pipelines that catch problems before production does.
Scalable, Future-Ready Infrastructure
Systems built to support tomorrow's services and growth, not just today's.
Six practice areas, one operating standard.
Each engagement is scoped independently or combined into a single build-and-run mandate.
DevOps & CI/CD
Pipelines that ship safely and often. We design build, test, and release workflows, wire up GitOps delivery, and remove the manual steps that slow teams down.
Platform Solutions
Internal platforms that give developers a paved road Kubernetes environments, self-service tooling, and the guardrails that keep systems consistent as they scale.
Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure
Infrastructure built for where your workloads actually need to live public cloud, on-prem data centers, or a hybrid of both, sized and secured correctly from day one.
Training & Enablement
Hands-on sessions that leave your team able to operate what we build no dependency on outside support once the engagement ends.
AI & Intelligent Automation
AI applied where it earns its place — automating operational toil, flagging anomalies before they become incidents, and building AI-assisted tooling into your existing pipelines.
Software Development
Custom software built and shipped with the same operational discipline we bring to infrastructure APIs, internal tools, and applications designed to run reliably from day one.
Supported platforms and tooling.
If it's not on this list, ask chances are we've touched it.
CLOUD & PLATFORMS
AUTOMATION & DELIVERY
OPERATIONS & SECURITY
Docker gets you running. Kubernetes keeps you running.
Containerizing your applications means faster deployments, higher availability, and easy replication each app packaged with everything it needs to run consistently, wherever it lands. But running a handful of containers is one thing; running thousands across a fleet of machines is another. That's where Kubernetes comes in the automated operator for your entire container fleet.
Self-healing protection
If a container crashes, Kubernetes destroys it and spins up a healthy replacement automatically no manual intervention, no 3am page for a problem the system can fix itself.
Automatic scaling
When traffic spikes, Kubernetes adds container instances to absorb the load, then scales back down once things quiet down no standing infrastructure paid for and unused.
Zero-downtime updates
New releases roll out one container at a time. If something breaks, Kubernetes rolls it back automatically your users never see the failure.
Smart traffic routing
Built-in load balancing distributes traffic evenly across your containers, so no single instance ever gets overwhelmed.
MIGRATION
Already running on VMs or bare metal? We migrate Java, Python, and other applications onto Kubernetes with minimal disruption containerized, tested, and cut over on your timeline.
24/7 MONITORING
Every migration is backed by round-the-clock monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, so you see problems forming before your users do.
Three stages, every engagement.
Same sequence whether it's a one-week audit or a multi-month build.
Understand the system as it is
We map what's running today infrastructure, pipelines, and gaps before proposing anything new.
Design and implement
Infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling get built to a defined standard, documented as we go.
Hand over, not walk away
We stay through stabilization and train your team so the system keeps running without us.
Training that outlasts the engagement.
Most consultancies leave a system behind. We leave a team that can run it through structured sessions built around your actual stack, not generic material.
Ask about training →The iCorporate DevOps & Cloud Bootcamp.
A 20-week hands-on program to build a full DevOps skillset.
From Linux and Git fundamentals through Kubernetes, Terraform, and automated monitoring every module ends with a real build, not a quiz. Graduates receive a QR-verified iCorporate certificate.
Foundations
Linux fluency, Git workflows, and enough networking to reason about what's actually happening on the wire.
Cloud & Containers
Provisioning cloud infrastructure by hand, artifact management, and containerizing applications with Docker.
Core DevOps
CI/CD pipelines, AWS & Azure essentials, and container orchestration with Kubernetes including on managed cloud.
Advanced Automation
Terraform, Ansible, Python automation, and monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana.
Questions worth answering upfront.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Every engagement runs the same three stages: assess what's running today, build to a defined standard, then stay through stabilization and train your team whether it's a one-week audit or a multi-month build.
Do you work alongside our existing team, or fully take over?
Both. Engagements can be scoped as embedded support alongside your engineers, or as a fully managed build-and-run mandate whatever fits how your team already operates.
Which cloud providers and platforms do you support?
AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Kubernetes, plus on-prem and hybrid environments. See the full list of supported platforms and tooling above.
Do you only do cloud work, or on-prem as well?
Both. Many engagements are hybrid by design some workloads staying on-prem for cost, compliance, or latency reasons, others migrating to cloud.
How is training delivered?
Hands-on sessions built around your actual stack, not generic slides delivered remotely or on-site, depending on what works for your team.
How fast do you respond to new enquiries?
Within 1 business day.
